+1 for per domain permissions.
Another example for this might be a third party service like google maps. I might want to enable it on some-website.com because I need it to use the website. Right now, this would also allow google maps on all other domains, which is certainly not what I want. (Even with "Paranoia Mode" enabled)
Ideally I'd be able to temporary allow/deny per domain.

For example, there are some content delivery networks that are used by many legitimate companies,which is why I want to whitelist it, but sometimes they also are used by malware authors.
So for example, if I'm at netflix.com, I might want to allow the CDN, but when I'm at a porn site, I definitely do NOT want to whitelist the CDN there, as I might get malware.
