The specific blocked item is https://apis.google.com/js/platform.js. I prefer to enable Antisocial mode if possible, but flagging this item also breaks "Sign in with Google" on certain sites (which I unfortunately have to use at work), and there doesn't seem to be a way to force this specific domain as trustworthy (it's already on my whitelist, which Antisocial mode ignores by design).
