little Spanish Contribution #27

Hello, thanks for your add-on, I thought it was appropriate, to add the Spanish language to the plugin. Thank you and I hope you agree.

Okay, I did it myself in ca8460ae3fd6214fd22b667d777d4afc82013560, but I think one translation was missing ("Manage" ➡️ "Gestionar"?). Go ahead and suggest a correction if I made a mistake 😉 Thanks.
