This adds the ability to support when homesick is installed to custom locations.

I keep mine in ~/.config/homesick, with my repos being in ~/.config/homesick/repos, which puts ~/.config/homesick/repos/homeshick.

I'm sorry, but no. This is not going to happen.

The use-case is incredibly narrow -- Who, besides you, would need this?
What does the current setup break/prevent?
You have only provided the changes required for fish and sh, but not csh.
This would break homeshick compatibility with homesick

Oh. And 122 out of the 154 test-cases fail....

Thanks for the edict-like response, though I would have preferred more discourse than what you offered. I'll just keep my changes to my world and wish you all the best in yours.
