Jug logging #3

In order to facilitate logging, somehow add easy options to activate Jug logging.

Jug accepts the option '--verbose=DEBUG' or '--verbose=INFO', and this outputs messages to stderr. This output is captured by the Grid Engine, and written to the job logfile.
