monthly view #142

I love the simplicity of this widget so I would like to have an option for a montly view in addition to scheduled view.

Hi @muzzol, thank you for the suggestion. We need someone's help to create a new layout for such a view. See also https://github.com/andstatus/todoagenda/issues/19
