This work overlooks the background work in PPG processing with phase vocoder algorithms:

I would like to test the performance of my algorithm against other algorithms on the 2015 ISPC dataset, but I only have 12 PPG records. Could you provide me with the version that includes 23 PPG records? The relevant link is no longer valid and I am unable to find the dataset.
