Happens randomly sometimes after people visit the nether. Server restart fixes it.

Closing issue to keep issue log clear for 2.0 issues.

Barring any major 1.7-show-stopping bug that is mass-reported by lots of people, I am unlikely to be fixing 1.7-related issues, preferring people to install and help test 2.0 and I will fix issues there instead.
