Merging main testing branch.
Main changes:
tidying of code base.
can now decompose into vE and vUN (Lin Shen/Qi Out method).
along-track merge now accounts for gaps in the track.
new plotting scripts for comparing tifs and to gnss.
updates to parameter files to allow for greater control of referencing.
