Add a network management mode to automate network commands and settings

~networksetup for network settings~ hs.wifi
~/usr/libexec/airportd for wifi management~ hs.wifi
smbutil for SMB requester control

Network entities

[x] Base network entity

[ ] Bluetooth entity b
[ ] SMB Share entity s
[ ] NFS Server entity n

Common network actions

[ ] Connect/disconnect (mount/eject)
- default focus action, connect action will display selection modal
- ⌘⎋⌘nw
[ ] Display available network connections
- default select mode focus action
- ⌘⎋⌘s⌘nw
[ ] Scan/refresh/update the network
- ⌘⎋⌘ar⌘nw
[ ] Display current network information
- ⌘⎋⌘ai⌘nw
[ ] Cycle (disconnect/reconnect or eject/remount)
