Add support for MINGW Windows hosts #123

Rich Presence is currently not working for hosts running Windows and installing this plugin on nvim via MINGW (MINGW is an alternative development environment to Visual Studio for Windows)

I want support to be added for MINGW clients

Hello, I've merged #124 to my repo so you can try out if it's working as it should if you want.
