Feature request: CD mode 1 support #362

Hi, would you consider adding SEGA CD mode 1 support in a future update of this project? In my opinion, this would have the benefit of allowing users to play their own music selections should the CD add-on be attached with an audio CD present, while at the same time preserving the ability for the base game to still run on a regular Megadrive without the CD addon. It would be neat to listen to other arrangements of the soundtrack with this version of the game.

I don't really know anything about Mega CD programming so it's unlikely I'll get to this soon unless someone is willing to spoon feed me how to implement this "Mode 1" thing.
