FXML Support #13

If our views are built via FXML and then setup on the main fxml widget how do we make this work? Are there examples?

Sorry, no plans for FXML. I think it is a counterproductive and unnecessary idea, which adds design- and run-time penalty and foreign (XML) dependencies.

This library is Apache licensed, feel free to fork and add features though.
