cache4.buffer still occurs in v0.2.0 #19

Continuation of bug https://github.com/andy-portmen/country-flags/issues/14

Unfortunately it's hard to tell now. Currently I've been noticing situations when there is no flag icon at all for some tabs that has been opened before browser was restarted.

Flags are not being shown on startup is fixed on https://github.com/andy-portmen/country-flags/issues/24. So please wait till the next release and update this one if the problem is fixed.
