Server IP addon is not mentioned. #25

Server IP addon (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/server-ip) also points to https://add0n.com/country-flags.html, but it is not mentioned anywhere here

OK, found later in FAQ, but possibly there should be other ref for Server IP users
