Feature Request: Specify URL or Hostname to always open in "x" application #45

It would be nice to have the ability to specify hostname to app mapping so that links which contain specific hostnames are always opened in the desired application.

This would be useful for those pesky web apps whom have crappy feature parity and work better in one browser over another. Having an "always open in x" option no matter how the browser got there, (IE not tied to clicking a link in the browser) would make those apps less cumbersome.

A use case I see for this is when opening a link from another program, like an email or chat client, having Open in X automatically open it in the preferred browser based on hostname or url.

Found that the "open by left click" options work as I intended
