[Firefox/Safari/macOS] Opening a site in Safari with the add-in opens site in Safari, then immediately jumps back to Firefox and duplicates the tab #59
When opening a link/website in Safari using the add-in, Safari opens in the background and loads the link properly. However, at the same time, the tab gets duplicated in Firefox and Firefox remains in focus. So you're left with a in-focus Firefox having two of the same tabs and a Safari window in the background.
This has been around for many months across many versions of Firefox, Safari, and macOS.
Currently, all of the software is on latest version. (Firefox 88.0.1; Safari 14.1.1; macOS 11.4)
