Add button to toggle between showing editable and full attributes

Description

In the desired metadata widget design, there is a button that allows us to toggle between the following two views.

• Showing only the metadata that can be edited and allow those to be edited.
• Showing all the metadata and allowing none of it to be edited.

The goal of this task is to add such a button to the plugin widget that shows metadata attributes.
