list still visible while playing #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. goto any place with multiple choices
2.select and play
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can see the item playing but the list choices are still visible. I have a 
logitech harmony 1 but I can remove the list with a right click on a mouse. I 
don't normally have a mouse connected so I programmed one of the logitech keys 
as a right click

What version of the plugin and XBMC are you using? On what operating system
and where?
V1.4.0, Frodo, windows 7 Professional

Please provide any additional information below, and attach your XBMC log
if applicable.
