for sections in Intraoperative flowsheet such as 'Medications', 'Ventilation', 'Core vitals', 'Events', 'Reminders' etc

Sorry. I don't understand and need a bit more info on this - a diagram maybe?

"How do we lay things out?" is independent of "what framework shall we use for the front end?"

At the end of the day it's all HTML+CSS no matter what we're using for the logic.
