Utilise PHP5 DNS Resolver #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The library currently depends on the Net_DNS library, swapping to the DNS 
resolver introduced in PHP5 will remove this dependency.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There will be no change to library output however PHP5+ will be a requirement.
