Add import for interactive investor #16

As I'm moving away from CSD, I need to import the data from reports from interactive investor. There are two reports that I can get:

Both are in CSV format.

Import works but there are issues with matching values from the Symbol column with the Securities table, e.g. JET2 is not found. 4h00
