Implement dialog box to update a valuation of a holding. Rough steps for entering the valuation data are:

[ ] Select existing holding from a list.
[ ] Populate the dialog read only text boxes with the most recent holdings record.
[ ] Add valuation info and verify.
[ ] Write the new record
