Cannot define gtdify options. Do not see option to synchronise with gtdify/tracks in menu. #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start up Shuffle
2. In the menu, select "Settings" and then "Track settings"
3. Enter logon data for gtdify.com and hit save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 I get an error message displayed temporarily.
"Could not load contexts using these settings, something is wrong with them"
At this point I have no tasks entered in shuffle so the contexts are the
default ones.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Shuffle 1.5.0
Android 1.5

Please provide any additional information below.

This means that given the settings you provided Shuffle cannot connect and read 
the contexts from Tracks. Can you double check them?
