Synchornisation Appears to be One Way Only

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create some items on Shuffle
2. Create an empty Tracks install
3. Synchornise Shuffle to your Tracks install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Items from Shuffle should be uploaded to Tracks.
However, instead this just seems to delete all the items from Shuffle

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8pre, on Ubuntu.

Please provide any additional information below.
Synchronisation appears to be one way (see comments at 
http://code.google.com/p/android-shuffle/wiki/OnlineHelp). Not sure if this is 
intended behaviour or not?

This is happening to me as well. I had it working just fine, then got a new 
phone and it has been a disaster since.  It clears out most things and then 
throws the miscellany into the Next Action folder.

This issue was raising in 2010 - and still seems to be an issue (at least it is 
for me moving to a new Tracks instance after GTDify.com closed).

Is there any more information that can be provided to help find a solution?

I've resubmitted this (issue 292) with an issue title indicating this is a data 
loss issue rather than a simple one-way sync.
