Clean up Inbox doesn't work #217

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a task add a project or category.
2. Click clean up inbox
3. Inbox keeps new task.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Inbox cleaning out when tasks have category and/or project. Tasks stay in inbox 
even so.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Shuffle 1.6.3, T-Mobile G2 Android 2.2

Please provide any additional information below.
It seemed to work fine as I accumulated task they cleaned out fine. When I had 
16 tasks it would no longer clean out. I tried to back up and restore and also 
did a power off - no change.

I found G2 time was set incorrectly (GMT not PST) when I set the time correctly 
then it cleaned the inbox...
