Two "Contexts" row appear in Perspectives dialog. (v1.7.0b1) #220

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Menu -> Perspectives
2. On "Perspectives" dialog. There are:
 Inbox
 Due Actions
 Next Actions
 Projects
 Contexts
 Contexts <-!!
3. Tap second "Contexts" shows a Tickler window. 

It is same as when start in Japanese.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 Should be "Tickler".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 v1.7.0b1
 Samsung Galaxy S. OS 2.2.1
