Projects don't support complete state from Tracks (1.7.0b2) #224

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create project in Tracks (my.gtdify.com)
2. Sync Shuffle to my.gtdify.com
3. Mark project complete in Tracks
4. Sync Shuffle to my.gtdify.com
5. Project still shows in projects list even if hide completed is selected. 
Also no option to "complete" projects in Shuffle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Projects marked "Complete" in Tracks should only show in Shuffle if "Show 
Completed" or "Show All" view settings are selected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
current version of my.gtdify.com
Shuffle 1.7.0b2
Android 2.3.3 (CM7RC2) on Nexus One

Please provide any additional information below.
There also my be problems syncing "Active/Hidden" status between my.gtdify.com 
and Shuffle. I'm having a harder time verifying this.
