Unable to Sync with gtdify.com #228

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create account with gtdify.com
2. Enter login, password, and correct (default) URL in Shuffle settings
3. Save setttings, wait for sync to complete.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The data I have entered at gdtify.com does not appear in Shuffle, and the data
in Shuffle does not appear at gtdify.com

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest (2011-03-22) market version, which is 1.6.3.

Please provide any additional information below.

I selected gtdify because of the implicit recommendation (it was the default).
Please let me know if you need me to, e.g., install a log manager and send you
the logs.

I've also tried to sync to tracks.tra.in, and this fails as well. I have to
wonder if I'm doing something completely incorrect... for example, I can't seem
to set the Google Calendar - it's greyed out - even though I have a calendar
sync enable for the device. (Android 2.2 HTC MyTouch 3G w/jack.)

The latest beta, 1.7.0b3, also does not sync -- but it does use the
notification bar to claim that it syncs.

The log output for this problem shows:

03-24 05:48:36.185 W/TracksSynchronizer( 841): Synch failed
03-24 05:48:36.185 W/TracksSynchronizer(  841):
android.database.sqlite.SQLiteException: no such column: context.deleted: ,
while compiling: SELECT context._id, context.name, context.colour,
context.iconName, context.tracks_id, context.modified, context.deleted,
context.active FROM context ORDER BY name DESC

Maybe I'll just remove the app entirely and re-install from scratch.
