Manual/Wiki should document tickler feature #257

If you look at the manual or the wiki, neither mentions the "Tickler" feature.  
Some searching seems to indicate that it's a concept from GTD, but I haven't 
figured out how the shuffle feature correlates with that idea.

Furthermore, viewing Tickler in-app results in an empty view with my (very 
new/spare) data set, whereas the 4x4 widget view seems to list all of my active 
tasks.  (This may be a bug?)
