I read in your "Entity Disambiguation with Web Links" paper which referenced evaluation tool did you use for AIDA is it Conll03_nel_eval or neleval? and can you give an example of how you run the tool to measure the micro precision on nel output links (in neleval, the documentation is really unclear on how to evaluate for the conll-aida dataset).
