Document.ProjectParameters not working in RVT 2023

Describe the bug The Document.ProjectParameters node returns a null result

Expected behavior The node should result in a list of the parameters names, categories, groups, type an all the other outputs of the node.

My setup

• Operating System: Windows 10
• Revit version: 23.1.10.4 20221122_1550(x64) 2023.1.1.
• Dynamo version: 2.16.1.6510
• Clockwork version: 2.4.0

Housekeeping Please make sure these boxes are checked before submitting your issue:

• [ ] My installed version of Clockwork matches the Dynamo version it's installed for
• [x] I do not have multiple versions of Clockwork installed for one Dynamo version
• [x] I do not have any pre-Clockwork packages installed (category CAAD_RWTH in the node browser)
