Version selector in ribbon unusable when launching from journal file #1

Run Sandbox - Launch Revit and open project file in Dynamo sandbox with Revit version set to 2015. It will open Revit with the selected project file. Launching the Dynamo addin manually from the ribbon will produce the follwoing error: Revit could not complete the external command. ... Since this doesn't happen in Revit 2016 and there's no version selector in 2016, it seems like this is a problem with the version selector.
