[Global] Windows don't update when new workspace is loaded #38

Would be great to be able to keep all windows open and have them recompute the list of items displayed whenever we switch to another workspace or load a new home workspace. Affected tools:

Find & Fix Ungrouped
Isolate in Geometry Preview
Manage Dynamo Player Inputs
Search in Workspace
