Mouse Events for charts #378

Found in Release: Visualization 1.1.0

Detailed description: It would be good to have all mouse events (and
eventually drag & drop support) for charts. The basic idea is that a chart
can modify the underlying data by letting the user move its graphic
content. For example, a column in a column chart could be "dragged" to a
different value. As a first step, I suggest you support mouse events in all
charts, pleeeease? 

Workaround if you have one:
None, unfortunately. I could not sink new events in the charts.
