Enhance gadgets api with support for code splitting

Detailed description:
While compiling a gadget that uses the GWT.runAsync method, the compiler 
mentions that code splitting into fragments is not supported.
The performance of a gadget could benefit from code splitting if it provides 
functionality that is a step further then simply displaying information.
