modified .csproj file such as to automate build somewhat. strong named it, as if it is used in strong named project, it needs to be. see : Properties/ReadThis.cs minor modification to deal with some encoding in email subject.

Thank you for your contribution, but did you mean to open this pr to my repo? If you're renaming the project to something else entirely, then it would be better to keep your fork in your own repo.
