Find alternative font to San Francisco #11

There are two problems with using San Francisco currently:

  1. It renders poorly on Windows. bs_win10_edge_15 0

  2. Per Apple's license, San Francisco cannot be redistributed.

Fixed in https://github.com/andyfangdz/resume/commit/2844f1a5fd4b327d56dc76dcca6cbd3ba9e529b5 by switching to Lato
