Mouse over issue #41

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After on 「rikaikun」,mouse over its working..
2. Mouse over function sometime showing old information even mouse over the 
new one
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect as like as 「rikaichan」in firefox. thats's improved lot

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: rikaikun - Version: 0.8
Chrome: 4.1.249
OS: Windows Vista

If you can, provide a link to a specific example where this happens.

There are various mouse over issues due to the webkit engine but it's important 
to know 
if this is a new issue or one of the old ones.

I see.  I wish it was something else.

Due to how webkit treats form objects (all of the things you've circled are 
various 
types of forms.)  It's impossible to get at the proper text of most of them.

I think there are relatively simple work-arounds for 3 of the cases using 
special 
cases for their type but the text field case is nearly impossible.  You can see 
it's 
the most starred issue but requires submitting patches to fix poor design 
decisions 
in chrome for the solution to work.

Thanks for the ss though, it will give me a decent test case when I start 
fixing the 
simple ones at least.
