Multiplayer Upgrades for Things with Buzzers - Jeopardy #9

Adds the following functionality:

Upgrades to fix some security vulnerabilities (with no impact to playability)
Handles up to 5 players
Adds some UI/UX upgrades related to 5 player play
Optimizes code in places where multiplayer was modified

There seems to be something off with the height of the board-rows. On my computer (Chrome), there is a scroll bar + white background at the bottom.

This should be fixed now.

Also, the categories seem to have now a double border.

This was fixed on my local because of the other fix, but there's a secondary CSS change (removing the boarder) I can make relatively easily if that's necessary. Let me know if in testing you find that's required.
