Installation error #870

Windows 7 Pro machine
Visual Studio 11 Beta using Framework 4.5

I'm not sure if the above would cause the attached error.  I am new to SlimDX 
and a client suggested running the following installer:

This is an old installer being used with beta technology. I can't repro, but 
that's probably the cause of the problem.
