Succesful Complilation and Linking #1

Make the project!

It appears....that myshell.c is not necessary, and that we only need to link the lexer to run_shell.

myshell.c just seems to print out the arguments you enter, but nothing else. Run_shell.c also appears to have some of the needed functionalities already built in. Still could be issues with the make, but at least its running.
