This pr involves a few changes, so for now, its just an amalgamation

[x] remove versioned in transpiled typechecking files
[x] wrap query function in runtime type assertion (closes #17) (with this, the whole project is io-clamped)
[x] add regexCleanup implementation (closes #13)
[x] publish type declarations alongside transpiled code (closes #21)
