Not compiling in 32 bits architecture #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the pyoptools
2. python setup.py build_ext -i

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should compile. There is an error

pyoptools/wavefront/field/field.c: In function 
‘__pyx_pf_9pyoptools_9wavefront_5field_5field_5Field__rs_kernel’:
pyoptools/wavefront/field/field.c:4383: error: incompatible types when 
assigning to type ‘__pyx_t_5numpy_complex64_t’ from type 
‘__pyx_t_float_complex’

It seems it was a cython installation issue
