Haxe3 support + UDP roadmap #5

Hey!

I was wondering what the plans are with hxudp, and if it's compatible with haxe3, noticing the last commit date.

hxcpp udp isn't working yet, which is why I'm taking a look at this : )

I have just briefly tested it for the cpp target and it still works. Since hxcpp is undergoing some changes regarding to cffi, I need to wait for haxe 3.2 release before updating hxudp.
