Windows release does not print the move lines #55

I noticed that the pdf produced by the Windows release does not print the pink lines indicating milestone movement.

There is another issue here as well. It appears as though the dotted lines are black in the spaces rather than white. I can't really debug this right now, since I don't have a windows machine set up. Do the dependency lines display correctly?

I'm deprecating the native electron builds for milestoneMap until there is significant need to support them in the future.
