• [x] Freeze the left hand side of the display that shows the Programme and Project names.

• [ ] Add an option to show week #'s or week start dates (Mon)
• [x] Identify milestones that are"Business milestones". These appear at the top of the report and show as drop-down lines (like today) but a different colour (blue?
• [ ] option to set the span of dates. Either a start Date or "relative" and number of months. If relative then show current month-3 as the start date.

Basically I was after the programme and project names to be in a fixed section on the left (say 20% of the screen) and then have the dates start.
