Fixed errors in README.md #79

Removed pronouns. Removed unnecessary words for conciseness. Added new heading 'Note' to draw user's attention.

Hi lowlifeplanet,

"Programme" is in fact the correct spelling, although it is not US spelling. "Programme" is also the spelling used within other documentation and the application itself. If you can change this back, I'll merge this PR.
