In my and Andy's opinion the wallpaper should not be changed. If there is an accessibility issue the Power BI Apps borders should be changed.

It's not an accessibility consideration as far as I know. With app publishing there is a limited choice of colours: image

So the suggestion mainly stemmed from the fact that there are few colours in there which mesh well with the existing dark blue. Myself and Laura were of the opinion that it made the page feel crowded and a bit overstimulating.

Feel free to test and change the colour of the wallpaper of the template, I guess there is only a limited choice of colours.
