Are we using the LCC logo on internal and external reports?

I do like the look of it on our reports. What would be the reasoning behind having it on external reports and not on internal?

Unless, having the Lincolnshire County Council logo could mean that the report has been thoroughly validated? This would separate having test versions and an official report
